Shipping Policy

Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to addresses within Australia and New Zealand. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Burpengary East, QLD.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (Australian Eastern Standard Time).

2. Shipping Rates and Estimates

Australia:

  • Standard Shipping: 5 to 11 business days.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over AUD 200 within Australia.
  • For orders under AUD 200, shipping charges AUD 11 will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

New Zealand:

  • Shipping charges and estimated delivery times will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Tracking Your Order

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

4. Delays and Issues

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service, weather conditions, or customs clearance processes.

If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@ozev.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

5. Damages and Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and contact us immediately. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
