Returns & Refunds Policy

At OZEV Accessories (trading as HANGLI OCEANIA TRADING PTY LTD), we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. This policy is compliant with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

1. Return Validity Period

Our policy lasts 14 days from the date you receive your item. If 14 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange for change of mind.

2. Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns for "change of mind" provided that:

  • The request is initiated within 14 days of delivery.
  • The item is unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item is in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is provided.

Return Shipping Cost: For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee for returned items.

3. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality.

Return Shipping Cost: OZEV Accessories will cover the return shipping costs for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned for change of mind:

  • Custom-made or personalized products.
  • Items that have been installed or used.
  • Gift cards.
  • Downloadable software products.

5. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@ozev.com.au. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

6. Refunds Process

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
